Richard J. Trabulsy, a co-founder of B.B.C. Equities, is the company’s Vice Chairman and Manager.  Mr. Trabulsy began his career with New York Life Insurance Company, where he was given an opportunity to share his acquired wealth of business management knowledge.  To say he has been successful would certainly be an understatement. 

Not only has Mr. Trabulsy obtained several Financial Industry Regulatory Authority licenses, including a Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative), a Series 63 (Uniform State Securities Agent), and a Life and Health Insurance Producers license, he is also recognized by respected industry leaders as “financially wise beyond his years”. 

Brian Moran has over twenty-five years of expertise as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, consultant and coach.  His background as a corporate executive combined with his experience as an entrepreneur positions him with a unique skill set to lead and grow companies at various life stages.  Mr. Moran’s corporate experience includes various management and executive positions with UPS, PepsiCo, and Northern Automotive. 

As an entrepreneur he has personally launched three successful businesses and been involved in the launch of many others.  In addition, he has consulted for dozens of successful companies including Coldwell Banker, Mass Mutual, New York Life, & Tiffany.

Mr. Moran is a recognized expert in the field of leadership and execution. His realization that most people don’t lack ideas but struggle with effective implementation led him to the development of an execution and accountability system.  He is a published author with many articles in journals and magazines and has authored a best-selling book entitled Periodization~12 Weeks to Breakthrough.  He is a sought after speaker, speaking at more than two dozen venues each year.

In his position as CEO Mr. Moran’s role is to provide vision, execute strategy and create a high performance culture that delivers value to the customers and profit to the shareholders.

Melissa Traver studied Accounting at the prestigious Walsh College in Troy, Michigan and has over 20 years experience in the field.

She holds a CPA license in Michigan and is a member of the AICPA and MACPA. Prior to joining BBC, Mrs. Traver was a CPA for Doeren Mayhew.

John Sellers is General Counsel to BBC Equities, LLC and each of its subsidiaries. Prior to joining BBC, he was an equity shareholder in the law firm of Hyman Lippitt, P.C. 

Mr. Sellers is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (admitted, 1992) and the Oakland County Bar Association (1992 to present), and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (admitted, 1994).

Rodney Noble is CEO for RJR Group Inc. Rod directs and manages all activities for the large commercial real estate portfolio including best practices, long range planning, capital planning, project evaluation, acquisitions, asset enhancement, financing, development functions, leasing, property management, sales and portfolio management. 

Rod facilitates interaction, direction, relationship building and coordination with corporate staff, attorneys, accountants, real estate professionals, developers, brokers and lenders.  In addition, Rod develops and implements systems and procedures to improve quality and efficiency of the company.

Mike Lennington is an expert at leading individuals and organizations through the design and implementation of lasting change. A creative and strategic thinker, Mr. Lennington has consulted to businesses for more than twenty years in North America, Europe and the Middle East.His experience spans several industries including automotive, retail and financial services.

Prior to joining BBC Equities, Mr. Lennington helped to lead and grow Strategic Breakthroughs, LLC - a firm dedicated to helping its clients to execute well-planned strategy.  Together with Brian Moran, Mr. Lennington co-authored the book “Periodization - 12 Weeks to Breakthrough”, and developed the proprietary planning and execution system called ‘Periodization’. 

Tracey Batey is Vice General Counsel to BBC Equities, LLC and each of its subsidiaries.  Prior to joining BBC, she was a shareholder in the law firm of Hyman Lippitt, P.C. 

Ms. Batey is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (admitted, 1996) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (admitted, 1996).

Chrissie Blaze

Chrissie Blaze grew up in the leafy countryside of Surrey, England and lived and worked in Central London. She was educated at the University of London as a teacher, and later worked as a financial adviser and the public relations director of an investment broker.

Upon moving to the U.S. in 1994 to marry Gary, she worked as executive assistant to the president of a consulting firm in Los Angeles, California. When she moved to Michigan in 2008, she became the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of BBC Equities.

Peggy Kaptur is Legal Assistant to John A. Sellers, Esq. and Tracey L. Batey, Esq. She graduated from the Robert Morris/Moser School of Business in Chicago and has enjoyed a career as a Legal Assistant for over 20 years.

Prior to joining BBC, she gained her expertise with several prestigious law firms, both in Chicago and the metropolitan Detroit area.

Shannon Barnett studied general education at Oakland Community College, and is attending accounting classes to receive her degree. She started her career working as a Clerk in Oakland County Probate Court, she later moved on to real estate abstracting property deeds for 12 years.

Later she moved to accounting and billing for Van Horn Concrete before moving on to BBC Equities Assistant to the CFO.

Jena Ansara studied General Education at Oakland Community College where she earned her Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts.

She later completed the Business Management program at Spring Arbor University where she studied Management and Organizational Development.
